By accessing this website or booking studio time, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use this website or book services.
1. Services Provided
Retrograde Projects LLC provides hourly dance studio rentals and related services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Eligibility
Studio rentals are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
By booking, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Minors are not permitted to independently book studio rentals.
3. Payment Terms
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments are processed through secure third party providers.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. No Refund Policy
All bookings are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled rental time, you may request to reschedule subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least [insert timeframe, for example 12 or 24 hours] before your scheduled rental time.
Failure to appear for a scheduled rental without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking.
5. Assumption of Risk
By using the studio space, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the premises.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retrograde Projects LLC shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the studio is at your own risk.
7. Damage to Property
You agree to leave the studio in the same condition in which it was found.
You are financially responsible for any damage to mirrors, flooring, equipment, or property caused during your rental period.
The Company reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for repair or cleaning costs resulting from damage or misuse.
8. Conduct
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a rental without refund if a renter engages in:
• Unsafe behavior
• Illegal activity
• Harassment
• Violation of studio rules
9. Cancellations by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergencies, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled time.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site security.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
